About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Asset and Facilities Management (OAFM) to solicit capabilities from OASIS+ small business vendors to provide facilities management support services.
The RFI outlines the agency's current facilities portfolio, which includes over 200 owned buildings and 540 leased facilities, and its strategic objectives to meet operational requirements, improve facilities service quality, and transition to a data-driven asset management model. The key services required include real property portfolio management, asset management, project management, data analytics, performance management, financial management, and IT/enterprise architecture support. The RFI asks vendors to provide details on their relevant experience, ability to recruit and clear a workforce, surge capacity, and approach to leveraging teaming partners. Background:
Facilities Management Division (FMD) is the steward of a large and diverse portfolio of leased and owned real property assets encompassing over 200 owned buildings comprising
1.8 million square feet (SF) at 18 sites across the U.S.; along with a leased inventory totaling
8.8 million SF of more than 540 Occupancy Agreements, more than 16,450 parking spaces through the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), and over 350 direct leases.
