About this opportunity
This Limited/Sole Source Justification Notice is for the award of a Firm-Fixed Price Order under the General Services Administration Multiple Award Schedules to provide programmatic and logistics support services to the Aviation program for the Office of Program Management Saudi Arabia National Guard (OPM-SANG) at the Department of the Army Materiel Command Contracting Command Rock Island Arsenal. The justification cites the need for continuity of services and the incumbent contractor, DigiFlight, Incorporated's expertise in supporting the FMS case and programs, which encompass technical knowledge of rotary wing aircraft operation, maintenance, and sustainment, as well as knowledge of Security Assistance, program analysis, and requirements management. The work is critical and cannot be realistically recompeted in the necessary timeframe. The estimated dollar value of the order is not provided, but the original Express BPA contract was competitively awarded to Sigmatech, Inc. in 2005 and 2011, with the current order awarded to DigiFlight in 2018.
