About this opportunity
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) issued a Limited Source Justification for an interim task order to provide Program Management Support Services for the Enrollment Services and Vetting Programs (ESVP), Vetting Analysis Division (VAD), and Security Threat Analysis Division (STAD). The sole-source award was made to RELI Group Inc. under contract GS35F385CA to ensure continuity of critical vetting and adjudication services for surface, maritime, and air transportation while the TSA's Integrated Program Management Support Services Blanket Purchase Agreement is under protest. The services include operational support, vetting missions, training, quality assurance, and development of security threat assessment tools necessary for TSA's statutory mission of identifying high-risk threats in transportation infrastructure. The 12-month interim task order runs from June 17, 2025, through June 16, 2026, with two additional 3-month option periods available. RELI Group was selected as the incumbent contractor capable of providing the specialized services without disruption, though the specific contract value was not disclosed in the public notice. The justification cites FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) as the regulatory basis for restricting the source to prevent any interruption of legally required DHS vetting and security programs.
Notice text
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is issuing this interim (bridge) task order to ensure the continuation of the Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) legally required vetting and security programs, as well as TSA’s vetting and adjudication mission for Surface, Maritime, and Air Transportation. This interim task order restricts the source for the award to the incumbent in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B). This action is necessary to prevent any disruption to critical services while the TSA Blanket Purchase Agreement for Integrated Program Management Support Services is under protest.
Awarded contract GS35F385CA to unknown vendor for unknown amount on 2025-06-13.
