Amendment 0001 deletes the requirement for firms to be on the General Servcies Administratio (GSA) 871 Schedule.
The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency has a requirement for professional engineering services and anticipates a single or multiple awards of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Labor Hour (LH). The point of contact for this announcement is Lawrence Toperoff at Lawrence.toperoff@sosa.gov. The alternate point of contact for this announcement is Maile Parker at maile.parker@csosa.gov.
The contract(s) requires multi-discipline professional engineering services for various tasks throughout the District of Columbia. The firm must be capable of responding to and working on multiple tasks concurrently. The level of work required is described in the solicitation and individual tasks: pre-design revised space standards, prototype & test fit, space planning, project management, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) requirements, and project management/engineering - modular unit (removal & replacement project).
To be eligible for award a firm must be located within the Washington, DC Metropolitan commuting area, be on the General Services Administration (GSA) 871 Schedule, and attend a mandatory on-site tour, Monday, May 19, 2014. Please read solicitation for instructions to sign up for site visit and optional requests to view documentation, if desired. In addition, a firm must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) well in advance of the closing date. Interested offerors must be registered in SAM.
