Update #2 ·

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with American Valley Aviation (AVA), 115-A Industrial Loop N, Orange Park, FL 32073, for the production of four (4) Digital Stores Management System (DSMS) testers (P/N 0601206-101) in support of the Taiwan and Pakistan US Navy P-3 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases TW-P-SEG and PK-P-SBK. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
