The NAICS code is 336413 (Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. Only the lowest-priced offer receives technical evaluation; if unacceptable, evaluation proceeds sequentially through remaining offers. Prices must be held firm for 60 calendar days from offer receipt and are evaluated for fair and reasonableness, including quantity and prompt payment discounts. Award is anticipated as a firm-fixed price purchase order on a competitive basis. Quality assurance requires certificates of conformance and traceability documentation; payment is electronic via FAR 52.232-33.
