The contract structure comprises a twelve-month base period followed by four optional twelve-month periods for a potential total of sixty months. Software subscription activation must begin no later than the first day of the base period, with continuous technical support and maintenance throughout contract performance. The Laboratory Manager and designated PLMS personnel will monitor performance.
