Key deliverables include shop drawings and product data submissions within four weeks of the notice to proceed, comprehensive operational testing, eight hours of operations and maintenance training for government personnel, and a minimum 24-month warranty from the date of registered commissioning. The generator system must meet specific technical requirements, including 277/480V three-phase power output with remote communication capabilities, and the contractor must provide a quality control plan and adhere to strict safety requirements.
