The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit (SSU), Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC) located in Shiprock, New Mexico is seeking vendors to provide three (3) Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist (CT) services for the Radiology Department under a Non-Personal Service Contract. The contract will have a base period of six (6) months plus one (1) option period of six (6) months. Evaluation factors include technical capability, minimum qualifications, past performance, and price. Quotes are due by June 28, 2024, and questions should be submitted no later than 5 days before the closing date.
The acquisition is set aside for Indian-Owned Small Businesses under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 621111 - Offices of Physician (except Mental Health Specialists) with a small business size standard of $16M. The Place of Performance is Shiprock, New Mexico. The contract will require the successful offeror to provide qualified, available, and full-time personnel to perform the required CT examinations, have experience with IV starts and infection control, and hold appropriate ARRT certifications.

The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit (SSU), Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC) located in Shiprock, New Mexico 87420 is seeking capable vendors interested in providing the services to satisfy the requirement for Non-Personal Service Contract three (3) Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist (CT) for the Radiology Department.
The Period of Performance for this requirement will be for a base period of six (6) months plus one (1) Option Period of six (6) months.
**It is the responsibility of the Offerer to submit only qualified, applicable and available full-time personnel. Any personnel submitted by multiple offerers will not be forwarded for evaluation and further consideration.**
The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 621111 – Offices of Physician (except Mental Health Specialists) with a small business size standard of $16M.
Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need in according with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), minimum education requirements, professional certifications, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by June 28, 2024. The acquisition is an Indian-Owned Small Business.
