About this opportunity
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), through its Office of Asset and Facilities Management, is seeking capability statements from vendors to provide flexible coworking workspace solutions, including private offices and workstations, for assigned ICE personnel across approximately 90 locations nationwide. Vendors must be certified under NAICS code 531120 (Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings) and demonstrate the ability to supply and manage coworking spaces at all specified locations without exception. Key requirements include providing desk or private office space, Wi-Fi access, printing privileges with per-site monthly limits, and the ability to scale capacity up or down based on government needs, with a mandate to fulfill satisfactory office spaces for no less than 97 percent of associated personnel. This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued for market research purposes under FAR Part 10 and does not constitute a binding solicitation or obligation to award a contract; however, ICE reserves the right to use RFI responses to determine vendor capability for subsequent solicitation distribution. Vendors must submit capability statements via email to Amy Dallaire (amy.dallaire@ice.dhs.gov) and Abeer Saleh (abeer.saleh@ice.dhs.gov) no later than April 17, 2026 at 9:00 AM EST in Adobe PDF format.
This procurement involves providing flexible workspace for over 300 full-time equivalents (FTEs) initially representing 321 of 330 personnel across a 12-month term beginning upon contract award, with no specific set-aside designations applied. The contract encompasses locations spanning all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and includes major metropolitan areas such as Phoenix, Los Angeles, Houston, Chicago, New York, and Miami, as well as smaller regional centers, with alternative building locations permitted within 45 miles of the listed city they serve. While no specific award value or budget range is disclosed in the RFI documentation, the scope encompasses facilities management and coworking space rental services across a geographically diverse portfolio. Submissions must include one page of administrative information (firm name, address, UEI, contact details, NAICS certification, and GSA Schedule or GWAC holdings) and a two-page section addressing available leasable private office space and workstations across all SOW locations, plus at least one example of similar work completed within the past 24 months. All responses become government property, respondents bear all associated costs, and ICE reserves the right to disregard late submissions.
