About this file
This is an Amendment to a Request for Information (RFI) issued by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Asset and Facilities Management (OAFM), dated April 10, 2026. ICE seeks capability statements from vendors certified under NAICS code 531120 (Support-Management: Logistics Support) to provide flexible workspace solutions consisting of private office space rentals and/or workstations for assigned ICE personnel at approved coworking locations across multiple cities identified in the attached Statement of Work v 2.0. The period of performance is one year, commencing at contract award. This RFI is issued solely for market research purposes under FAR Part 10 and does not constitute a binding solicitation, Request for Quote (RFQ), or obligation to award a contract. ICE reserves the right to use RFI responses to determine vendor capability and selectivity for subsequent RFQ distribution, and may issue solicitations using new FAR Part 12 procedures for acquisition of commercial goods and services.
Interested vendors must submit a Capabilities Statement via email to Amy Dallaire (amy.dallaire@ice.dhs.gov) and Abeer Saleh (abeer.saleh@ice.dhs.gov) no later than April 17, 2026 at 9:00 AM (EST) in Adobe PDF format. The submission must include administrative information limited to one page (firm name, address, UEI, contact details, NAICS code certification, and any GSA Schedule or GWAC holdings) and a two-page government questions/industry responses section addressing available leasable private office space and workstations across all identified SOW locations, plus at least one example of similar efforts completed within the past 24 months. All responses become Government property and will not be returned. Respondents bear all costs associated with responding to this RFI.

Request For Information (RFI)/Sources Sought/Synopsis v 2.0
Private Office Space Rental/Workstations for ICE Personnel
April 10, 2026
Purpose of Request for Information
THIS IS AN AMENDMENT to the ORIGINAL REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)/Sources Sought/Synopsis. Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) issues this Amendment to the RFI to accomplish the following:
1.) To provide notification of an upcoming procurement and to determine the level of interest in this requirement.
2.) To provide an updated Statement of Work draft for this requirement.
3.) To identify sources that can provide the support outlined in the attached Statement of
Work (SOW).
4.) To advise capable and interested vendors of the Government’s intent to use new FAR
Part 12 procedures, to include FAR Part 12 FAR Overhaul Procedures.
5.) To advise industry that ICE may use the results of this RFI to help determine which vendors are capable of meeting the need and will receive a copy of the Request for Quotes (RFQ)
This Amendment to the original Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for targeted market research purposes and does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or obligation on the part of ICE to issue an RFQ or award a contract. Should a solicitation be issued, ICE intends to use the new FAR Part 12 procedures for Acquisition of Commercial Goods and Services, to include FAR Part 12 FAR Overhaul Procedures under FAR Part 12.201-1.
This RFI invites potential offerors to submit a response to assist ICE in conducting market research in accordance with FAR Part 10. Please note, ICE may use the results of this RFI to help determine which vendors are capable of meeting the need, and help determine which vendors will receive a copy of the RFQ.
The government reserves the right, but is not required, to send the RFQ to additional potential offerors that do not respond to this RFI. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this market research request.
This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ or RFP in the future.
This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Furthermore, ICE will not accept unsolicited proposals. Interested parties are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor the appropriate government websites for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
