About this opportunity
The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command is seeking to procure 3 units of a printed circuit board (NSN 7H-5998-016598602) with a specific Technical Data Package (TDP) Version 001. The proposed contract action will be negotiated with a single source under FAR 6.302-1 authority, indicating a noncompetitive procurement approach. The procurement has no specific set-aside designation and is categorized under PSC 5998 for Electrical and Electronic Assemblies, Boards, Cards, and Associated Hardware. The contract is scheduled to be posted on December 10, 2024, with responses due by January 9, 2025. While no specific award value is disclosed, the procurement involves a small quantity of 3 units with delivery specified as FOB Origin. The government has explicitly stated that this notice is not a competitive proposal request, and any determination to proceed with a single-source contract remains solely at the government's discretion. Potential vendors are encouraged to demonstrate their capability to meet the technical specifications, though the government maintains significant latitude in its final contracting decision.
