About this opportunity

Naval Supply Systems Command intends to solicit a sole-source contract for repair and modification of a circuit card assembly (NSN 7H-5998-015773866, TDP VER 002) with a response deadline of September 22, 2026. The Government does not own the technical data or rights necessary to procure this part from additional sources and has determined that acquiring such data or reverse engineering the component would be uneconomical, supporting the sole-source determination under FAR 6.302-1.

The requirement covers two units, FOB origin. Despite the sole-source intent, Naval Supply Systems Command will consider all proposals, quotations, or capability statements received within 45 days of this notice (30 days if award is issued under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement). The Government reserves discretion to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses received. Information submitted will be evaluated primarily to inform the decision whether to compete the procurement.
