The base contract period spans twelve months with four optional one-year renewal periods, allowing for a potential five-year total duration. All pricing must be submitted in Singapore Dollars with Goods and Services Tax shown separately, and the government guarantees a minimum IDIQ obligation of SGD $1.00 with a maximum cumulative value of SGD $100,000 for unscheduled task orders across the entire performance period. Performance will take place at the U.S. Embassy Singapore located at 27 Napier Road, Singapore 258508. Proposals must be submitted electronically in English using MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 formats and must include technical volumes addressing performance schedules, business management information, past performance references, SAM registration proof, general liability insurance documentation, and local licensing credentials.
