The contract will be awarded based on initial offers, potentially without further discussion, suggesting a competitive evaluation process. While specific award value is not disclosed, the contract's multi-year structure indicates a potentially substantial commitment. The procurement is classified under Product Service Code J061 for maintenance and repair of electric wire and power distribution equipment.
