This procurement includes no set-aside designation and carries a firm fixed price structure payable entirely in Thai Baht with no currency adjustment provisions. The contract encompasses a one-year base period with two optional one-year renewal periods, requiring four preventive maintenance visits annually at both the Chancery Building and Annex building locations in Bangkok, Thailand. Contractors must maintain Defense Base Act insurance and minimum public liability coverage of 300,000 Thai Baht for bodily injury and 500,000 Thai Baht for property damage per occurrence. All quotations must be submitted electronically in MS-Word, MS-Excel, or Adobe Acrobat format with a maximum file size of 30MB, with larger submissions divided into separate emails. Invoices are payable 30 days after service completion or invoice receipt, whichever is later, and must be accompanied by signed maintenance checklists.
