Notice text

The United States Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to solicit, under solicitation W56HZV-21-R-0027, a five-year, firm-fixed price (FFP) requirements contract for the procurement of the Nett Warrior System (NWS) Basic Hub, National Stock Number (NSN) 6150-01-649-1133. The Basic Hub is an integral component of the NWS, which provides integrated dismounted Soldier-worn Mission Command (MC) and Situational Awareness (SA) capability to the tactical formation deployed in various platforms.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Secure Communication Systems, Inc. (SCS). This action is supported under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 entitle, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements". In accordance with (IAW) FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
