Question 5: Does the 50 page limit include the 52.212-3 pages in lieu of ORCA registration? (Our CCR application is complete but still being processed)

Response: Any pages submitted pertaining to the 52.212-3 reps and certs will not be counted towards the requested 50 page limit. However please note that CCR registration and ORCA reps and certs (whether completed electronically or manually) are two separate requirements/processes.

Question 6: Is there a separate quote for developing and updating the deliverables as listed in 4.0 (on page 11), or is that to be figured into and spread among the overall quote for the supplies and services at each location?

Response: As stated in section h of the addendum to FAR 52.212-1 (and previous response to Question 1), preparation of and/or revisions to the final drafts of the deliverables listed in section 4.0 of the PWS to be used in conjunction with each session shall be included in the firm fixed price quoted price for each session.

****Other clarifications*** The reference to CLINS 0012,1002, and 2009 in section h of the addendum to FAR 52.212-1 (page 19) is incorrect. The verbiage should instead read as follows: NO PRICES HAVE TO BE QUOTED FOR ESTIMATED TRAVEL, CLINS 0008, 1008, and 2008.

Update #2 ·

Response: As stated in sections 5.8 and 5.9 of the Performance Work Statement, the Government will provide classroom facilities and standard classroom equipment. All of the sessions scheduled in FY09 will be in hotels arranged by the Government.

Question 3. Will the Corps provide Course Materials such as handouts/syllabus or is the contractor expected to develop them from scratch?

Response: In accordance with sections 2.0 and 4.0 of the Performance Work Statement, the contractor is responsible for developing all course materials.
