The contract will encompass 28-foot composite radome assemblies, spare parts, data deliverables, travel, shipping, training material development, and legacy radome disposal. Potential vendors must demonstrate expertise in manufacturing and installing radomes, as confirmed by a previous Sources Sought notice in February 2024. The NAICS code for this opportunity is 811210 (Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance), with a small business size standard of $34 Million. Interested parties must submit capability statements, proposals, or quotations by June 10, 2025, with all inquiries directed to christopher.jarman@us.af.mil and cameron.tucker.6@us.af.mil.

The contract has no specific set-aside designation and will cover 28 total radome replacements across the operational sites. The total expected ordering period is seven years, consisting of an initial five-year contract with a potential two-year option. Specific items, quantities, and locations will be identified in individual Task/Delivery Orders issued after the basic ID/IQ contract award. The contract will allow for both severable and non-severable efforts, with performance periods defined individually for each order. While specific award values were not disclosed, the comprehensive scope of work includes production, installation, training, and disposal services across multiple radar sites in North Canada, suggesting a significant potential contract value for the selected vendor.
