The site visit is scheduled to occur between April 13-17, 2026, with attendees required to arrive 90 minutes early for security processing at Building 485, Incirlik Air Base. Only local Turkish national firms are eligible to participate due to the Defense and Economic Cooperation Agreement between the Turkish and U.S. Governments dated August 1982. Interested vendors must complete a two-step registration process by March 13, 2026, at 8:00 AM UTC+3, submitting attendee information (maximum two representatives per company), vehicle details, copies of valid government-issued photo identification, and citizenship documentation via email to the listed points of contact.
