About this opportunity
The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command is seeking to procure power supplies, specifically National Stock Number 1H-6130-014820279, with a Technical Data Package version 012 and Reference Number 15420. The requirement is for 25 units to be delivered FOB Origin. The agency has determined that the procurement must use a source specified in a source control or selected item drawing, as the necessary technical data and government data rights are not available to obtain the item from an alternate source. Interested parties may obtain relevant military and federal specifications and standards from the DoD Single Stock Point. Award will only be made to an offeror, product, or manufacturer that meets the qualification requirements at the time of award.
The procurement is set aside for total small business participation. The government has determined that the commercial item acquisition policies in FAR Part 12 do not apply to this requirement. However, interested parties have 15 days from the notice to identify their capability to satisfy the government's requirement with a commercial item. No additional details on potential incumbent contractors or award values were provided in the notice.
