The contract requires Aptima to extend work performed under previous STTR Phase I, II, and III contracts to conduct research and development of an enhanced user interface for a performance authoring module called Workbench, and implement a modernized web-based application for post-mission reporting and trend analysis for performance assessment. This follow-on work to Aptima's previous contracts aims to support continued transition of training tools to the P-8 community. The contract was awarded sole source to Aptima due to the follow-on nature of the work extending Phase I-III contracts where Aptima developed related technology.
