This pre-solicitation notice was posted on July 21, 2025, and interested parties have until August 6, 2025 to submit responses for consideration. The government will evaluate any responses received within fifteen days of publication solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement instead. No formal solicitation package will be available for this procurement, and the notice explicitly states it is not a request for competitive proposals.
This procurement does not utilize any set-aside designations and identifies Aerospace Control Products, Inc. (CAGE code 58918) as the intended sole-source contractor due to their proprietary ownership of the technical drawings required for manufacturing. The contract opportunity does not specify award values, budget ranges, or quantities of equipment to be procured. The government reserves complete discretion in determining whether to open the requirement to competition based on any responses received. The procurement falls under NAICS code 334111 for Electronic Computer Manufacturing and PSC code 7B20 for IT and Telecom High Performance Computing hardware.
