About this opportunity

The Defense Health Agency issued a Justification and Approval for Other than Full and Open Competition to establish a bridge purchase order for Polysomnography Support Services required by Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), Alexander T. Augusta Military Medical Center (ATAMMC), and the National Intrepid Center of Excellence (NICOE). The services encompass a comprehensive range of sleep study support including patient preparation, monitoring, overnight polysomnogram recording, CPAP/BIPAP titrations, Multiple Sleep Latency Tests (MSLTs), Maintenance of Wakefulness Tests (MWTs), and data scoring, all performed in accordance with American Sleep Disorders Association standards. The sole-source award to AllTech Ventures, LLC was necessitated by a bid protest filed by Sleep Care, Inc. against the original contract award, requiring a bridge contract to ensure uninterrupted critical military healthcare operations without service disruption. The bridge purchase order covers a 4-month base period from December 15, 2025, through April 15, 2026, with a total anticipated cost of $516,100.00. This procurement ensures continuity of essential polysomnography services while the protest resolution and subsequent full and open competition process are completed.
