About this opportunity
Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) is releasing a draft solicitation for program management services supporting PMA-226 (Adversary and Specialized Aircraft) under the SeaPort Multiple Award Contract, with no firm solicitation or award date specified. Award is limited to SeaPort MAC holders only, and the procurement carries a Total Small Business set-aside.
This is explicitly a draft notice soliciting industry input rather than a binding request for proposal. NAVAIR intends to incorporate feedback on clarity and scope into a final solicitation if one is issued. The notice does not commit government funds or constitute a procurement commitment. Industry responses to this draft are not binding and will not be paid for.
The work involves engineering services and program management support under NAICS 541330 and PSC R408. NAVAIR is emphasizing that industry feedback on all aspects of the draft solicitation is desired, particularly on areas requiring clarification. Written comments are accepted; phone calls will not be answered. The source does not specify a period of performance, budget ceiling, incumbent contractor, or the timing of a final solicitation release or industry day.
