o    Temperature Range of 7-44 ± 0.5 oC (with temperature safety limit controls)

o    Five Tiers

o    SciWhite LED Lighting System, externally mounted, programmable, and dimmable.

o    Cabinet constructed of 18-gauge electro-zinc plated steel interior and exterior, floor constructed of 22-gauge polished stainless steel.

o    Welded seam and joints on outer and inner shells.

o    Inner shell supported by non-compressing / non-thermal conducting material

o    Overall wall thickness 2”

o    Side walls constructed with dual-pane, tempered argon-filled glass inserts.

o    Drain in the chamber floor

o    Intellus Ultra controller to controlling the settings on the chamber.

The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 423490–Other Professional Equipment and Supplies Merchant Wholesalers with a Small Business Size Standard of 150 people.  This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation document exists for this requirement.  However, parties interested in responding to this notice shall submit capable proposal, excluding price, sufficient to determine capability in providing the same or similar service.  All capability statements received by the closing date of the publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
