About this opportunity

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District is conducting a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) survey for the Cedar Rapids Flood Risk Management Project, Reach 4 Downstream River Floodwall construction in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The project involves comprehensive flood management infrastructure including site demolition, floodwall construction, pump station installation, culverts, road and railroad closures, utility work, and levee construction. Responses must be submitted via email to Samantha Johanson at samantha.k.johanson@usace.army.mil by 12:00 P.M. CST on July 2, 2025.
