About this opportunity
The GSA Office of Administrative Services published a Limited/Sole Source Justification Notice for the procurement of Pitchbook subscription services to support Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) capabilities. The contract provides access to Pitchbook's proprietary platform for five users over a base period of twelve months with four optional years, enabling the government to identify and monitor extended supply chains, assess connections and interdependencies within the supply chain ecosystem, and analyze the industrial base of vendors for critical technologies. GSA justified the sole source procurement by determining that Pitchbook is the only vendor capable of fulfilling their specific requirements due to its unique proprietary database and algorithms that can ingest, curate, and connect company data while providing comprehensive risk assessments and insights into business relationships across public and private sectors. The contract was awarded to an undisclosed vendor on September 1, 2025, under contract number 47HAA025C0004, with the award amount redacted from public disclosure. The procurement is structured as a firm-fixed price contract under NAICS code 518210 for Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services.
