About this file
This document is a Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition for a sole source contract with Pitchbook. GSA Federal Acquisition Service's Office of Procurement Operations (FAS OPC) seeks to procure a supply chain risk management subscription service for one base year with four option years. The contract will provide access to the Pitchbook platform for 5 users, enabling identification and monitoring of critical infrastructure, information communication technology (ICT), supply chain ecosystems, and vendor relationships.
The total contract value is redacted, but will be a firm-fixed price procurement. Pitchbook was selected due to its unique proprietary database and algorithms that can ingest, curate, and connect data about companies, develop risk assessments, and provide insights into business relationships across public and private sectors. The government determined Pitchbook is the only source that can fulfill their specific supply chain risk management requirements, with capabilities that include identifying dynamic linkages among actors, maintaining a comprehensive database, and providing visibility into critical inter-relationships between U.S. government and global markets. The contract is planned to be awarded on 8/15/25, with GSA intending to publicize the requirement on SAM.gov prior to award.
