The contractor will deliver on-site medical services including physical examinations, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, immunizations, health screenings, prescription management, and referrals for specialized care to a student population ranging from 100 to over 300 enrollees aged 16-24 years. Key requirements include employing a licensed Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant with an active, unrestricted state license; maintaining current liability insurance; complying with federal regulations, OSHA, HIPAA, state and local laws, and American Medical Association guidelines; and participating in monthly reporting and Disability Accommodation Committee meetings. The synopsis specifies that services must be delivered weekly on a mutually agreed schedule of one to two days per week between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with comprehensive student health record maintenance and coordination with other center departments. No current contractor information or incumbent details are provided in the synopsis materials. The government will furnish the workspace, examination rooms, equipment, supplies, and materials necessary for service delivery, and no travel is authorized; the contractor will be compensated through monthly invoices submitted via the government's Invoicing Processing Platform based on firm fixed-price contract line item rates, though specific budget figures are not disclosed in this pre-solicitation announcement. Following evaluation of responses to this synopsis, the government anticipates issuing a formal Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation for a firm fixed-price contract, with the actual award contingent on the competitive process and contractor qualifications demonstrated. This market research phase is intended to gauge contractor interest and capabilities rather than to solicit binding proposals, and respondents should note that no reimbursement will be provided for costs associated with submitting information in response to this synopsis.
