About this opportunity

This is a sources-sought notice only; the Government is not accepting quotes, bids, or proposals at this time and will not commit to future procurement.

The requirement anticipates a two-phase structure. Phase 1 encompasses site surveys, audits of existing door hardware, power and network infrastructure, FICAM/ISC risk review, and delivery of a 100% System Design Package. Phase 2, contingent on Government approval of Phase 1 design, includes hardware procurement, installation of FICAM-approved readers and controllers, cabling, head-end software and server integration, testing, and training of administrative personnel.

Performance spans three primary geographic regions: Washington, DC (1901 Anacostia Drive SE and associated district facilities), New York/Staten Island (210 New York Ave, Staten Island, NY 10305), and San Francisco, California (1217 Ralston Ave, San Francisco, CA 94129). Work is anticipated for fiscal year 2027.
