Place of performance is Nouakchott-Ouest, Mauritania. The NAICS code is 561210, Facilities Support Services; PSC is 6117, Solar Electric Power Systems. The contract is firm fixed price, payable in ouguiya (local currency), covering a base year plus four optional one-year periods.
The photovoltaic system comprises 681 Suniva OPT 270-watt solar panels, nine SMA inverters (15.3KW and 20.4KW models), nine combiner boxes, and associated DC disconnect systems. The contractor must deliver monthly full maintenance services and monthly technical check reports, including visual inspections, panel cleaning, infrared testing, inverter maintenance, fuse replacement, grounding verification, and DC system testing per IEC62446-12016 standards and manufacturer recommendations. The contractor shall supply all materials, tools, testing equipment, and trained technicians; provide safety equipment and protective measures; maintain on-site parts inventory; prepare post-trip reports within 14 days; and dispose of hazardous materials properly.
