About this opportunity
The Department of Veterans Affairs' (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 has issued a Special Notice to announce its intent to award a sole source contract to J.D. Power and Associates. The purpose of this contract is to provide the VA and its Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) with an annual subscription to the J.D. Power National Pharmacy Study, which includes online access to the J.D. Power Business Center.
The objective of this subscription is to allow the VA and CMOP to compare their pharmacy services to those of large, well-known private sector pharmacies. The VA and CMOP have participated in this study since 2009 to validate that Veteran care is among the best in key factors such as cost competitiveness, prescription delivery, and customer service. This Special Notice is not a request for competitive quotes, but rather a notice of the VA's intent to award a sole source contract to J.D. Power and Associates for this subscription service.
