About this opportunity

This is a one-time, firm-fixed-price commercial acquisition with no set-aside. Amendment 001, issued June 25, clarified that no additional items beyond those explicitly listed are required and closed further requests for information.

Place of performance is Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado, with delivery required on or before October 15, 2026. The procurement includes eight contract line items: nine PacStar 200 units, nine Standard Service Plans (SSP-211), six PacStar 200 Power Adapters, six Standard Service Plans (SSP-DCMR), six PacStar 200 Power Bricks, four 200 Series Brackets, six cable assemblies, and shipping fees. The NAICS code is 517410 (Satellite Telecommunications) with a size standard of $44 million. The PSC code is 5810 (Communications Security Equipment and Components).

The solicitation is full and open to all qualified vendors with a HubZone price evaluation preference applied under FAR 19.110. Award will be made to the lowest evaluated price meeting acceptable technical criteria. The three lowest-priced quotes will be evaluated for technical acceptability on an acceptable/unacceptable basis. Vendor quotes must include unit prices, total line-item prices, overall price, guaranteed lead times, company information, CAGE code, business size/socioeconomic status, and payment terms. This is a new requirement with no incumbent contractor. The Government will not provide contract financing for this acquisition. Vendors must be registered in SAM.gov and submit quotes to Contract Specialist Stephen Hayden and Contracting Officer Sabrina Barber.

AMENDMENT 001: The purpose of this amendment is to address submitted Requests for Information (RFIs). No changes are made to the terms and conditions of the original combined synopsis/solicitation. The "Date Offers Due" was updated in the original SF 1449 to accurately reflect 29 June 2026 at 12:00 PM MDT. This was only an admin error, the correct Date Offers Due was always 29 June 2026 at 12:00 PM MDT on the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Document and on the SAM.gov posting. To reflect this amendment, a new combined synopsis/solicitation document has been attached. It is titled "FA251726QA0170001_Combo_PacStar". The original combined synopsis/solicitation has been renamed "(Outdated)FA251726QA017_Combo_PacStar" to avoid confusion.

Please see "Solicitation Amendment FA251726QA0170001 SF 30" for full Amendment 001 details.

The Government will not accept or address any further RFIs for the remainder of this solicitation period.
