About this opportunity
The Department of the Interior's Interior Business Center is procuring Fortra's Core Impact penetration testing software to enhance vulnerability management services for tribal gaming operations through the National Indian Gaming Commission. This brand name only acquisition will enable simulation of real-world cyber-attacks across networks, endpoints, and web applications to strengthen the ability to identify and mitigate security risks. The procurement is being conducted through NASA's Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) V Governmentwide Acquisition Contract and will use a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable source selection method. Evaluation criteria include being a NASA SEWP V contract holder, meeting specified technical requirements, being an authorized NASA SEWP Small Business reseller, maintaining at least a "Good" rating on NASA SEWP performance metrics, and demonstrating responsibility. Quotations must be submitted through the NASA SEWP Quote Tool by 10:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time on September 9, 2025.
This opportunity is set aside for Group B, C, and D Small Business NASA SEWP V contract holders under the Total Small Business designation with NAICS code 541519 and a $34 million size standard. The contract structure includes a base 12-month period from September 25, 2025 to September 24, 2026, with two optional 12-month extensions available. The government plans to award a firm-fixed-price delivery order to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable quoter. The procurement specifically requires authorized NASA SEWP Small Business resellers who can provide the Fortra's Core Impact penetration testing software solution. The ultimate end user for this software service will be the National Indian Gaming Commission, which will utilize the capabilities to strengthen cybersecurity posture for tribal gaming operations across their network infrastructure.
