About this opportunity

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) has issued a Special Notice for the renewal of a Patch Manager software license and support contract for its Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) AEGIS program. The purpose of this Special Notice is to notify interested parties of NASA's intent to renew the Patch Manager service contract and to determine whether to conduct the procurement on a competitive basis. The government has set a response deadline of May 23, 2024, for organizations to submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541519, and NASA plans to acquire commercial items and services using the provisions, clauses, and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. The place of performance is the Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama, and the period of performance is June 7, 2024, to June 6, 2025.

Synopsis:

NASA/NSSC has a requirement for Patch Manager Service Contract Renewal. 

NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to FIVE POINTS INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES LLC 311 Scenic Highway SOUTH, Suite 103-106 Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046-5672 United States under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has been determined that FIVE POINTS INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES LLC is the sole provider of Patch Manager Service Contract Renewal

NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort.  Performance will be located at NASA/ Kennedy Space Center (KSC).

The Government intends to acquire commercial items and services using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.

The NAICS Code for this procurement is 541519

Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on 5/23/2024. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
