STATEMENT OF WORK
1. Objective/Requirements
NASA OCIO AEGIS requires the renewal of Patch Manager Software License and Support. Patch Manager is used to document and maintain physical layer information around network infrastructure at all NASA locations.
2. Characteristics, Scope, and Specs
Description Quantity PATCH MANAGER Service Contract - 1 Year Limited to the PATCH MANAGER Software license and support details for the NASA network infrastructure supported under the AEGIS contract with a maximum of 10,000 PATCH MANAGER Cabinet Objects.
Maintenance includes support for:
3 server licenses, Production, Backup and Test 100 concurrent users GIS Extension Switch Synchronization Data Bridge Data Bridge Reporting Bridge
