To determine an offeror's evaluated aggregate price, the estimated quantities in the Schedule of Items will be multiplied by the offered Price per Pound, on an individual
line item basis, and will be evaluated to determine fair and reasonableness.
2. PAST PERFORMANCE:
(1) When reviewing Past Performance, the offeror's written proposal, Government in-house records (if applicable), and the information provided by the points of contact or references designated by the offeror will be taken into account. Government in-house records will be considered more significant than information provided by other
