About this opportunity

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration Shared Services Center published a Special Notice seeking a sole source contract with Partnership for Public Service Inc. to provide membership in the Federal Human Capital Collaborative.

The Special Notice aims to acquire this membership to offer NASA opportunities for leadership development through programs like an emerging leaders forum and executive coaching. Interested parties must submit capabilities by October 31, 2023 to be considered for conducting this procurement on a competitive basis instead of sole source, though the determination is at the agency's discretion. The membership would provide access to quarterly chief human capital officer meetings, an online employee engagement course, participation in shaping a research project and an internship coordinator consortium from October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024 according to the statement of work.
