The contractor must provide comprehensive coursework including Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Basic Life Support certifications, along with all course materials, textbooks, and testing opportunities. Questions regarding this Request for Information must be submitted by close of business July 3, 2025, with responses due by close of business July 8, 2025, submitted to the contracting officers at the specified email addresses.
This opportunity does not include any set-aside designations and no incumbent contractors are identified in the documentation. The base contract period would run from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026, with four additional one-year option periods extending the potential contract through September 30, 2030. Each student's course length cannot exceed 134 calendar days, with the program designed to train approximately 40-75 students annually across the two scheduled classes. Interested parties must submit capability statements limited to 10 single-sided pages using Times New Roman 12-point font, including past performance details, existing government-wide contracting vehicles, and small business status under NAICS code 611310. The RFI emphasizes this is strictly for market research purposes with no guarantee of future contract award. Responses must include information on the contractor's ability to provide remedial training for students who initially fail the NRP examination.
