Added: Aug 11, 2015 11:41 am (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 streamlined procedures for evaluation and solicitation for commercial items - as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii) This solicitation, NB686020-15-03263 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).


(iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83.


(iv) This solicitation is for FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. The NAICS Code 331419 with a size standard of 1,000 employees shall be identified in your SAM registration and certification. This acquisition is being procured as full and open.
