About this opportunity
NAVFAC Southeast is conducting a market survey for an access control equipment panel for Project P7777, ACC SARP Replacement at NAS Jacksonville, Florida, with responses due October 30, 2026. The Navy has issued notice of its intent to use a brand name product, so the survey seeks equal-performance alternatives to the AMAG Technology M2150-2DBC, M2150-4DBC, M2150-DBU/MKII, and M2150-8DBC/MKII panels manufactured in Hawthorne, California. No set-aside is used.
The panel must fully integrate into the existing AMAG Symmetry Enterprise access control system, including all software, hardware, database, and licensing, and connect to Symmetry management software via LAN. Required capabilities include control of up to 16 doors per panel; management of 20,000 card holders and 65,000 offline transactions (expandable to 250,000); smart card and proximity reader support; Wiegand support using WIM; UL 294 and UL 1076 listing; a 100 Mbps network connection; and input and output modules. The project is designated for Fiscal Year 2027. The source names NAS Jacksonville, Florida as the project location and does not state a period of performance or value.
This is market research only, not a request for proposals, quotes, or bids. Respondents must submit detailed technical data so the Government can evaluate product compatibility. Under FAR 15.201(e), a response is not an offer, respondents bear their own costs, and the Government may disregard incomplete submissions. The attached Sources Sought company information template (Attachment 1) requests company details, NAICS and CAGE codes, SAM registration status, and bonding capacity.
