About this opportunity

This pre-solicitation notice seeks information to inform the potential construction of a communications facility in Greece by the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Atlantic. The Navy is looking to identify potential sources for this project, which would be subject to all Greek host nation regulations. Responses are requested by April 26, 2021 and should not exceed five pages, addressing company information and capabilities as well as challenges related to overseas, pandemic-impacted, and underground telecommunications construction work. The information received will be evaluated to determine the necessary expertise and experience of responders prior to a possible future solicitation for this requirement.

There is no set-aside designation for this potential award. As the pre-solicitation notice is only seeking information at this time, specific NAICS/PSC codes, incumbent contractors, award values, or timelines for services were not provided. However, the requirement involves the construction of a communications facility in Greece for the Department of the Navy.
