Notice text
Provide and erect a single height, 7,000 SF high-bay Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) storage facility with insulated metal roof and siding, and concrete slab on grade, for the storage of organic equipment. The structure includes overhead roll-up doors and personnel doors. The clear opening height for the storage areas will be eighteen feet (18) to the bottom of the roof structure, with an overhead door height of sixteen feet (16). The warehouse space will be separated by a 4-hour rated full height fire wall with an overhead fire door to preclude the need for a fire suppression system. Infrared heaters will be used for heating the storage bay spaces. The facility includes an electrical room housing an electrical transformer.
The civil work includes a rammed earth and grade beam foundation system, concrete apron, concrete walkway, and asphalt pavement for parking of military vehicles
