About this opportunity

The Defense Logistics Agency Aviation is procuring oxygen monitors for F-16C aircraft through solicitation SPRTA1-25-Q-0365, seeking both individual units and bulk quantities of aluminum oxygen monitors with National Stock Number 1660-01-473-3548. The procurement involves two line items: one unit for line item 0001 and five units for line item 0002, with multiple manufacturer part numbers including 07878 CRU-119/A and 16VK058-2. Contractors must comply with stringent quality standards including ISO 9001-2015 and AS9100 certifications, and items must be cleaned and inspected to SAE ARP1176-3-300 standards with packaging according to Air Force drawing 8148650. The solicitation deadline has been extended to September 12, 2025, at 2:00 PM, with the Unique Item Identification (UID) requirement removed in a recent amendment. This procurement supports Foreign Military Sales cases for two countries identified by codes PL-D-QBC and IS-D-REE.

This solicitation carries no set-aside designation and falls under NAICS code 336413 (Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing) with a size standard of 1,250 employees. The contract value is expected to remain below the simplified acquisition threshold, which allows for streamlined procurement procedures and waives the requirement for public synopsis. The procurement timeline includes delivery dates of July 27, 2025, for the first item and July 25, 2025, for the second item, with inspection and acceptance occurring at origin. The solicitation permits early or partial delivery at no additional cost to the government, and contractors can respond electronically to this Request for Quotation. The procurement is being managed by DLA Aviation at Oklahoma City and involves new manufactured material rather than refurbished or surplus items.
