EDT and an anticipated award date of June 5, 2026. Quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), submit a completed Narrative of Past Experience and Detailed Technical Capability Statement, and provide proposals that acknowledge all terms and conditions. The contract will be awarded using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria, and all quotations must remain valid for 60 days from the date of issue. Written questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted by April 28, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern, and quotes should be submitted electronically to Randall Chatfield at Randall.Chatfield@noaa.gov.

The government estimates annual propane consumption at approximately 9,000 gallons on a not-to-exceed basis, with deliveries made on an as-needed basis as facility tanks register 40-50% capacity.
