About this opportunity

However, the decision to open the procurement to competition is solely at the government's discretion. The acquisition will be conducted under FAR Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures" and the anticipated award is a firm fixed-price purchase order. The NAICS code for this requirement is 513210, and the closing date for submitting capability statements is September 26, 2024 at 10:00 AM EST. All submissions should be emailed to Lisa.Taylor2@dea.gov.
