Update #2 · Latest ·

During a site visit to assess building conditions on March 3, 2023 at 208-212 South State Street two areas of partial collapse
were observed, areas of incipient collapse, as well as ongoing water infiltration. Structural failure is imminent. Failure or

Due to the urgency of the situation to protect the public, an award will be made as soon as possible for temporary facade bracing and an allowance for design services for demolition of the site. Followed by a modification for construction services to demolish the site once the design has been completed.
