Notice text
NASA/JSC has a requirement for Orthostatic Intolerance Garments. NASA/JSC intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire the orthostatic intolerance garments from BSN Medical Inc., under the authority of FAR 6.302, due to their unique ability to create built-to-print orthostatic intolerance garments. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort electronically via email to Linda Benitez, (Contract Specialist) linda.b.benitezrivera@nasa.gov and Carlos Roman (Contracting Officer) carlos.roman@nasa.gov no later than 5:00 P.M. C.T. on August 3, 2023. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this acquisition on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
