Eisenhower Army Medical Center (DDEAMC) in Fort Eisenhower, GA. The contract requires a qualified musician to perform weekly, playing organ/piano and leading congregational singing for chapel services. Ideal candidates will possess musical proficiency, ability to read music, and experience with contemporary worship music, with a preferred bachelor's degree in music. The solicitation is structured for a base year contract from 14-Jun-2025 to 13-Jun-2026, with potential three optional 12-month extensions through 13-Jun-2029. Interested parties must submit their proposals by the due date of June 5, 2025, and must be prepared to comply with security requirements including obtaining a Fort Gordon Gate Pass and completing Department of Defense training.
The contract is designated as a Total Small Business set-aside under the NAICS category 711130 for Musical Groups and Artists. Performers will be expected to support regular weekly worship services as well as special events including holiday services like Christmas and Thanksgiving. The government will provide the performance space, including a music room, sheet music, electric piano, organ, and sound support equipment. Services will be performed at the DDEAMC Chapel, with the chapel pastor providing at least 24 hours' notice for any schedule changes to the standard weekly service times. While specific award value is not explicitly stated, the contract represents an opportunity for a musical professional to provide consistent performance services within a military medical center environment, with potential for multi-year engagement through the optional extension periods.
